"Entered License Xml is not valid." This is the error I get when I cut and past the license information into the dialog box during installation. I've tried getting new keys. I've tried removing the comment from the XML. I've tried copying the license into Notepad first to remove any special characters.
if you install it on the virtual machine you need to provide the VM's mac address. I guess you did that.
Can you check that in your aras folder, the file innovatorServerConfig.xml has the right license xml tag?
