You may not download, install, or use any Software accompanied by, or including, a License Agreement without agreeing to the terms and conditions of the License Agreement by following the acceptance procedure as available on the Website or as part of the download.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website.
