Query to View Change Notices (ECNs) that have the target part as an affected item

I start the query with "Part" then right clicked and selected "Reference" item.  I have tried CN Affected Item (old Number) but cannot get any results.

Do you try to build a query definition / TGV?

The chain for the typical ECO would be Part -> Affected Item (old/new) --> Express ECO Affected Item -> ECO
