Hi Abhishek,
Aras doesn't offer a full mobile client for all Innovator functionality, but you can check out the Aras Flow mobile app (www.aras.com/.../mobile.aspx). It's available to download from the Android app store and the Windows app store.
If you are looking for a custom mobile application, we do have documentation and sample code available to subscribers and partners.
