The lower toolbar buttons is missing , please see attach file(firefox is ok), where can I fix the problem, Thanks

Is your database 11SP5 from the start or was it upgraded from previous versions? This problem is usually typical to upgraded databases.
I would first advise you to clear your cache of IE and try again.

The Database 11SP5 is new install not upgraded from previous versions
If I use the English OS login Aras 11 SP5, it no problem,
but when I use Traditional Chinese , the error occurred , so I think it something wrong in the Traditional Chinese Language Pack

Can you confirm that the language pack version matches the version of your Innovator installation? (11.0 SP5 v1)

If you add the missing period character to InnovatorClientxml.zt and clear your browser cache, is the issue resolved? If so, I can pass along this information so the language pack may be updated for 11.0 SP5 and later service packs. Thanks!
