we did configuration of our 12.0SP9 according to this article (like for SP8)

but we still do not have DPN for legacy files(
maybe somebody have the same issue and know what can be the issue?
what I`ve noticed is that new conversion tasks succeeded but new files do not upload to vault.
results are empty and no user data created
