Aras understands how important privacy is to its customers. Aras strives to make our practices as transparent as possible to give our customers control over the personal data they entrust with us. Complete the appropriate information and execute the DPA in the signature block located on the first page of the DPA - Email
Email the executed DPA to [email protected]. If you are a current customer of Aras, Aras will execute and return the fully executed DPA to the customer to the customer notice address added to the DPA.
International Data Transfers
- Transfer Impact Assessment – If you are a customer or potential customer of Aras Products and Services, we can provide you with a copy of our Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) to assist our customers in conducting their own data transfer impact assessment in connection with their use of Aras products and services. Please contact your Aras representative if you would like to receive a copy of our Transfer Impact Assessment.
