How will the winners be selected?
An expert panel of Aras judges will review all submissions and select up to five finalists to showcase live at ACE 2025. Each finalist will receive a free pass to ACE and the chance to present on the main stage. After the presentations, the community will vote for the most innovative and well-designed solution. Winners will be revealed during the Aras In the Round session at the close of ACE.

Deadlines
- Ideas must be submitted by January 31, 2025
- Presentations and demo videos need to be submitted by February 14, 2025
- ACE presenters will be determined by February 28, 2025
