This documentation provides a list of Sub-processors currently authorized by Aras Corporation and its Affiliates (“Aras”) to process Personal Data on behalf of a customer, and to assist Aras with respect to the provision of Aras products and services, pursuant to the agreement entered into between Aras and Aras customers (the “Subscription Agreement”). Defined terms used herein shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Subscription Agreement.
To the extent an Aras customer upload Personal Data as part of its Customer Data to the Aras SaaS services, these providers may perform a processing function for data provided by customers as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). These third parties are subject to contractual terms pursuant to applicable data protection regulations.

Depending on the geographic location of Customer and the nature of the Service provided, Aras may also engage one or more of the following Aras Affiliates as Subprocessors to deliver some or all of the Service provided to Customer (e.g., support, operational tasks, back office functions, professional services and sales activities).
