Enhancements in Aras Reporting 29

Line Chart Dashboard Widget

A Line chart has been added to the list of available Report Chart Widget Templates which uses points connected by line segments from left to right to highlight value changes. Multiple lines can also be plotted in a single line chart to compare the trend between series.

Report Editor Customization

Report Editors can now customize the column order, column width, data alignment in cells and column label from the Preview Table in Edit Mode. This enables users to improve the Report presentation.

Stacked Bar/Column Charts Dashboard Widget

The Stacked Bar and Column charts have been added to the list of available Report Chart Widget Templates which enables users to use two numeric values within one category. This is beneficial for customers wanting to view sub-values for multiple groupings.

Export to CSV

The main Report item toolbar was reorganized to include an Export to CSV button when viewing the Report Table.

Report Execution

This release of Aras Reporting introduces a new mechanism to temporarily store the Report execution by a user. Users can view the execution time of data they are reviewing and manually request a new execution to retrieve the latest data.
