Question that was brought up by my CEO when reviewing by "Online CRB".  If someone is out sick and can't sign off the ECR, is there a way that an administrator can delegate to another person to review without just promoting manually, which has caused the ECR to stay in the required approvers "In Basket" and can't delete.

It's possible to modify a workflow process (and thus change assignees for the assignments) manually through Workflow Process form.

I have found that if I try to modify the workflow and change assignments, that being I am already in the State of Online CRB, it will keep the original reviewers and not allow the substition of another person.  I may be doing something wrong, but I did try this method and it did not work.

Any other suggestions?
